These easy-to-make, good-for-your-tummy snack balls are the perfect snack for kids (and grown-ups!) at any time of the day. Weigh out and separate all the ingredients into bowls before you blend so the kids can help too. They’ll love getting their hands a little messy to roll their own snacks.

- Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free
– 200g oats
– 10 pitted dates
– 2tsp cacao powder
– Zest of 1 orange
– 2tbsp coconut oil
Ground pistachios, desiccated coconut, amaranth pops to coat (optional)
1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix together.
2. Divide into 12 and roll into balls using the palms of your hands.
3. Sprinkle your toppings onto a board and roll your snack ball around until covered.
