Kid Friendly Healthy Snack Balls

Weigh out and separate all the ingredients into bowls before you blend so the kids can help too. They’ll love getting their hands a little messy to roll their own snacks.

- 15 minutes
- Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free
Ingredients:
– 200g oats
– 10 pitted dates
– 2tsp cacao powder
– Zest of 1 orange
– 2tbsp coconut oil
Ground pistachios, desiccated coconut, amaranth pops to coat (optional)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix together.
2. Divide into 12 and roll into balls using the palms of your hands.
3. Sprinkle your toppings onto a board and roll your snack ball around until covered.
