Grocery Go is more about shopping locally and buying from local sellers and vendors. However we also realise some of our sellers want to reach a wider audience nationwide, they also have the ability to ship their goods throughout the UK.
As standard our sellers are not expected to deliver UK wide however those that do will offer the delivery options at checkout. These sellers will also show in your local search.
Should you have any queries regarding a seller or their product it is best to contact them directly as they should have all the answers for you.
Should you need our help with anything you can contact us using the contact form on site. Our team will be happy to assist you with any queries you have or point you in the right direction.
This all depends on how the seller is sending your order to you.
Local deliveries will be organised by the seller themselves, in this case tracking will not be provided.
If the seller you have bought from use a courier network they will provide tracking info to your email you use at checkout.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact the seller direct to arrange this.
In the case where your item is being delivered by courier and has already been shipped, delivery charges may apply if you want to cancel the order.
Should you have any issues with a seller direct, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve any problems efficiently.
In an unfortunate scenario that you are not 100% happy with an item please contact the seller direct to discuss this.
If there is an obvious issue with the item as delivered the seller will replace the item/s or offer a full refund on said item/s.
In the event that a satisfactory resolution cannot be met with the seller, please contact us direct to investigate the matter on your behalf.
If you have selected Click&Collect you can collect your order according to the sellers pack and collection times displayed on their store page. Usually this will be by the following day according to the sellers open hours. Some seller offer same day Click&Collect.
Orders made for delivery will be booked with you directly by the seller unless you have booked a time slot when ordering.
If you are not 100% sure please contact the seller to discuss your delivery options.
Grocery Go is still in its infant stages. We are testing the platform with sellers and gaining feedback to improve the experience.
We are on boarding more and more sellers all the time and aim to have sellers UK wide once fully operational.
In the mean time please let us know if there is a seller you think we should have listed.
